1.Start With a picture of your choice
2. We take a photo of the design with our design software
3. Send the image to a computer
4. Clean up the image
5. Resize to suit the end location and then send it to be cut on the water jet
The screens can be made from any sheet material eg. Corten Steel, Stainless Steel, PVC Perspex, just to name a few. Our Waterjet can cut materials up to 100mm thick!!
